  • In HOME Swedish Massage

    Swedish Massage is a classic massage for relaxation. I will use 5 basic strokes of Swedish techniques with a firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and reduce stress.

  • In HOME Neuromuscular/Trigger Point

    TrP/NMT massage techniques engage the nervous system, it is slow work, so typically only 1 or 2 specific areas of the body per session will be treated. I usually recommend a series of at least 3 sessions to address your particular issue.

    We begin with a brief assessment, based on your concerns and goals for this particular session, we will determine our strategy. A combination of techniques will by applied, in order to achieve the most effective therapeutic session possible for you.
